Who We Are

Eric Falcone has over a decade of experience working with both Tenants and Landlords on analyzing their Lease agreements and reconciling their CAM, Insurance, and Real Estate Tax end-of-year adjustments. He has been on both sides of CAM/Insurance/Real Estate Tax audits, first working at BJ’s Wholesale Club performing CAM audits on its Landlords, and then working with New England Development performing the annual Tenant Billings/Reconciliations on its entire portfolio of Tenants. Eric has vast experience with MRI and Kardin. He has written his own formulas in MRI to reconcile extremely complex CAM Reconciliations to account for Major Contributors, complex denominator calculations, and complicated rent relief agreements.

Eric has reconciled the Tenants of New England Development’s with the upmost integrity, making sure the end-of-year reconciliations are done according to each individual Lease agreement. Eric has experience analyzing complex and convoluted CAM, Insurance, and Real Estate Tax lease verbiage, and through his experience he has seen how easy it is for a Landlord to misinterpret lease verbiage and overbill its Tenants. With this experience, Eric makes sure that every Tenant is billed correctly so that there are no surprises for the Tenant, and no surprises for the Landlord should there be an audit.
